If you are familiar with the British car show, Top Gear, then you know about some of their unconventional, or even outright ludicrous races between a car and another machine or man.

In the same spirit of competition, drift pilot Dominic Tiroch took on a plane with Hannes Arch at the helm.

Dominic Tiroch is driving an E92 BMW M3 DD1 modified by Dotz and his adversary is flying a Zivko Edge 540 plane displaying the Red Bull logo. There is not much that I can say to add to the already wonderful clip, and it would be a shame to spoil the footage.

So just sit back and enjoy the land versus air race.
