If you haven’t heard about Paul Walker’s death by now, then you are completely oblivious to anything related to movies, cars or even everyday news.
But if you know about it, then you might have expected his demise to birth a lot of opportunists.

While some tried to steal parts of the wrecked Porsche for personal gain, those that already owned parts of the Fast & Furious memorabilia have also come out to cash in on the tragedy. The latest presumably holds in his possession the only surviving E39 BMW M5 replica used on the set.
While the car might look like the racing prepped version, this was just a replica, and only intended to look good for its scenes. Still, its value is closely tied to both the movie franchise and Paul Walker, so if he has a certificate to prove the authenticity of the BMW M5, he is bound to make some money. Just not now, as the auction has already ended with no buyer.
