Started several decades ago, the BMW art car has become sort of a tradition, with the latest being an M3 done by Jeff Koon.
The BMW M3 art car was finished last year, but just in case you started to miss it, it is now available in a whole new set of photographs and wallpapers.
For those a bit more informed about BMW art cars, you might find this particular one a bit familiar. Just to jog your memory, look for the BMW M1 art car done in 1979 by artist Andy Warhol. The resemblance is there for a reason: Jeff Koon actually did his take as a tribute to the BMW M1.
While these might look a little better than an ordinary paint job or even a wrap, art cars actually fetch quite incredible sums of money should they ever be put up for sale. For now, let’s just enjoy the BMW M3 art car in the photo gallery put at our disposal.
