Even if the BMW German based carmaker is rumored to replace it with a more potent M240i, the top of the line BMW M235i from the 2-Series will live on, especially in the hearts of those petrol heads who really love the extraordinary model, and will become a real inspirations for a lot of famous aftermarket shops out there.
And the guys from the Dahler German based tuning shop have decided to pay their respect and fitted this one-off BMW M235i Convertible with a power kit, which raises the car`s overall power.
We are talking here about a remapped ECU and the fitting of a stainless steel sport exhaust system which makes the engine roar more menacing.
In the stock version, the BMW M235i Convertible develops 326 horsepower, all squeezed from the same 3.0-liter inline-six TwinPower Turbo, but with the new power upgrades, the sports car is now capable of 390 horsepower, which is quite impressive.
The performance figures are also given: the new upgraded BMW M235i Convertible is capable of sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, at a topping of a raised 288 km/h. This means that now, the M235i Convertible is quite closer to the all-mighty BMW M4, which runs the same straight line in 4.1 seconds.
Apart the power kit, the BMW M235i Convertible has also received a new set of 18-inch wheels and a new suspension, which improve the car`s driving capabilities and dynamics. Enjoy the short photo gallery with the BMW M235i Convertible by Dahler!
