We all recognize a BMW M4 GTS on the streets, especially because it comes with a standout body styling, highlighted by carbon fiber parts and sheer performance under the hood.
Speaking about performance under the hood, the M4 GTS is a genuine piece of German architecture, the sports car using a water injection system which improves its performance, by allowing water to evaporate into the intake manifold plenum chamber. Thus, the temperature from the intake air is significantly reduced up to a point until the compression temperature from the combustion chamber adds a power boost.
This, along with the 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo flat-six engine, allows a boost of 500 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque, hooked to a seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission. That would be enough to produce an acceleration of 3.8 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h., at a topping of 305 km/h.
G-Power tuner wanted to push the car to its limits and decided to add a power kit and some other serious modifications. We are dealing here with an ECU remapping, new turbochargers, custom turbine wheel and housing, as well as stainless downpipes without catalysts.
This means a total of 615 horsepower and impressive 760 Nm of torque, with a straight line from 0 to 100 km/h done in 3.6 seconds. The top speed has been also increased to 320 km/h.
The technicians have also added a set of ultralight 21-inch HURRICAINE wheels, which provide the model with a more standout look.
