Rare 1987 Alpina B7 Turbo3 Is Up for Grabs

In case you are a real BMW fan and love rare and vintage models, then the second-hand can offer you plenty of alternatives, for the right money. Take for instance the below 1987 Alpina B7 Turbo, which was taken for an auction, with the bidding starting at $50,000.

Unfortunately, the bidding ended at just $58,999 for the moment, so we have pretty much chances of seeing it again online.

We are looking here at a rare and exquisite models which deserves at least $70,000. It is one of the 30 models to be created, this also being one of four limited models to arrive on the model with a five-speed manual transmission. The rest of the 26 were hooked to an automatic gearbox.

As we can depict from the media gallery, this is a pristine edition with just 60,724 miles on board and two owners since it was first launched back in the 1970s.

In terms of visuals, the 1987 Alpina B7 Turbo3 is based on the E28 BMW 5-Series, and comes with a series of enhancement, like new alloy wheels, bespoke steering wheels and shift knob, bucket seats with special Alpina fabric, boost and temp gauges and so on.

In the engine department, the model comes with an impressive 300 horsepower, thanks to new mechanical improvements under the hood.
