BMW i8 is one of the most economical sports cars in the world that has started production in 2014 in Leipzig, Germany. It is a 2-door coupe powered by 2 engines, namely 1.5l turbocharged gasoline with a power of 228 hp, respectively the syncronous electric motor powering 129 hp, both having a total output of 357 hp.

BMW’s supercar sprints in just 4.4 seconds from 0 to 100km/h with the both engines actively and having a maximum speed of 250km/h, or 4.5 seconds from 0 to 60km/h on its electric motor. If you just use the electric motor you will have a top speed of 120km/h.

The BMW i8 has a consumption combined of 2.1L and a maximum total range of 600 km.

In this article the BMW i8 is fitted with the beautiful wheels from ADV.1, namely ADV15 Track Spec SL Series Directional wheels that are finished in custom polished matte Peek-a-Blue (for lips) and custom polished Matte Gunmetal (for discs).

ADV.1 is one of the top wheel manufacturers, and on top of that, they really know how to present their product. In all honesty, presenting a car with just a new set of wheels and making it look like something different is not that easy, but ADV.1 still tries.

This BMW M4 is now wearing 21×9.5 and 21×11.5 ADV005 Track Spec Competition Series wheels complete with titanium gold anodized hardware, but just to make sure the photo gallery is nice enough, they also stuck a plane next to the car. Don’t get me wrong, I believe the wheels work great with the car, but it just seems that ADV.1 is trying a bit too much.
