I have already mentioned twice the BMW M4 safety car that the German car maker has fronted for use in this year’s MotoGP.

After a series of pictures, we now can also enjoy a video of the M4 safety car peeling off at its official debut.

BMW M4 MotoGP Safety Car

The Qatar Grand Prix is the first race the Bimmer will be used for, and even though it is not the only BMW used for this purpose, it is certainly the most interesting. I, personally, really enjoy it, not just because it is an M4, the highly anticipated successor to the lengedary M3 Coupe, but also because it looks absolutely awesome dressed up as a safety car.

BMW M4 MotoGP Safety Car

And as expected, looks are not all there it to the car, as it has to keep up in an racing environment. In fact, a taste of this can be seen when it peels off on the Qatar race track, kicking its rear out slightly. A lot of M Perfornace Parts went into the build also, and if you watch the video below, you can even enjoy a few seconds of the exhaust soundwork.
