The real proof that you can transform your BMW M135i into a real beast is the video below released by the engineers from BR-Performance and which highlights the engine soundtrack as a result of the tuner`s Stage 2 power kit.

At the exterior, there weren’t any significant modifications added to the car, except for some slight changes at the front and rear bumpers, adding new alloy wheels. As for the car`s engine, this one has received some new horses.

The Stage 2 kit comes with the BRP Pops&Bangs package which increases the engine`s sound, while the stage kit itself also modifies the power. Thanks to the new ECU remapping and new turbochargers, the M135i is now capable of delivering more.

The 3.0-liter straight six engine deliver 326 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque in the stock version, but thanks to the tuner`s new kit, the model is now outputting 400 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque, which brings it closer to the BMW M3 & M4.

Unfortunately, the tuner has not provided us with the dyno chart to see how well it performs from 0 to 100 km/h, and that because the guys over the shop are still fine-tuning the car`s new kit. Recently, the aftermarket specialists from BR-Performance tuner have taken matter into their own hands and decided to transform the MINI John Cooper Works into a more potent ride, that would make it a more standout model.

Before the installation of their specially prepared Stage 2 power kit, the engineers have started adding some modifications to the car`s mechanics. The car`s main highlight is now the new front braking system, which was, according to the tuner, the weak link.

After the tuner took care of the front brake and also added some other mechanical bits, they next proceeded by powering up the 2.0-liter flat-four cylinder engine with a special power kit.

We are dealing here with an ECU remapping, custom exhaust system, new intercooler and carbon fiber air intake, which significantly increase the car`s power.

In the stock form, the MINI John Cooper Works develops 231 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, but thanks to the tuner`s new Stage 2 kit, the power has been raised to an impressive 300 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque. We don’t have the performance figure, but we bet this lad here surely runs like hell from 0 to 100 km/h.

The entire model was put to some testing, which showcases the car`s new power and impressive torque, so we could easily depict that we are dealing here with an extremely powerful MINI. Would you upgrade your MINI JCW with the tuner`s impressive power kit?
