The newest filter was built to fit the 135i, 335i, 535i and 1M models, and as you might have guessed, all sport the mighty N54 engine. Pipercross designed their filter to fit snugly into the airbox of the models mentioned, and the dimensions are to OEM spec.

The filter uses a multi-layer foam build that promises to be superior to pretty much anything out there, including cotton-gauze filters. Air flow is increased by up to 30 percent and thanks to the unique design, the time period between cleaning the filter is increased by three times.

The price that Pipercross asks for this filter is just 29.99 GBP and considering the advantages, this could be a nice and cheap upgrade.
