The F10 BMW 5-Series is that particular model that imposes respect and aggressivity, but in a good sense, as Vossen Wheels really knows its business.

Fitted with the M Sport aero kit and a set of new wheels, this gorgeous model really deserve some respect, just by admiring its presence on the roads.

The tinted wheels perfectly match the Vossen VFS-1 wheels, finished in Carbon Graphite, while the lowering springs provide the model with even a greater stance.

Under the hood, the M Sport Package also comes with a power upgrade, but unfortunately, the tuner hasn’t yet revealed the performance numbers.

The standard F10 BMW 5-Series however comes with a 3.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo inline flat-six, with 300 horsepower, allowing a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds, via an eight-speed STEPTRONIC automatic transmission, with the Sport and Manual shift modes and the Adaptive Transmission Control.

At least so far. To begin with, the exterior stands out thanks to an Alpine White finish while the Vorsteiner V-FF 102 alloy wheels with a Carbon Graphite finish are the next in line to get in your attention.

They contrast well with the clean and elegant body finish while the additional parts, mostly made of carbon fiber, add a nice touch too. We talk about a front spoiler as well as a rear diffuser. Regarding the cabin, there are no details about any styling improvements.

The carbon fiber parts are both lightweight and good-looking, matching the dark finish of the wheels. In terms of size, the new V-FF 102 wheels measure 20 inches, the front ones being 9.5 while the rear being wider at 10.5 inches.

Pricing and availability details for Vorsteiner’s latest BMW 5-Series package were not released yet. Keep an eye on our blog for more details and photos as the tuner will release them.

Yet, as simple as that sounds, it can actually be quite easy to mess it up, and if you ask me, this BMW 5 Series is a prime example of just that.

If the owner would have just stuck to a simple wheel swap, the new 20 inch Vossen set would have worked wonders. That being said, there are better wheels out there if you want to tune your BMW 5 Series. But that is not the whole deal with it.

As you can plainly see, a gold wrap was applied to the car, while also installing very low suspensions. The effect would have been a “bling” kind of tune, but this being a BMW 5 Series, it just doesn’t really work. All the owner managed to do here is ruin a perfectly good car. Not to mention he had to pay to get it ruined like this. I don’t mind a few bling tunes out there, but this isn’t the right car for it.

So you can understand my excitement when I learned that Vorsteiner is preparing an M-Tech kit for the F10 BMW 5 Series.

The kit will be presented at this year’s SEMA show in Las Vegas, and this is just another reason that you should be excited about the build. But when I saw what they plan, I couldn’t help but feel a bit let down. The M-Tech kit will feature carbon fiber parts, made using a pre-preg method.

These parts include a new front splitter, rear diffuser and a trunk lid spoiler. While not much, these do change the overall look of the F10 BMW 5 Series, and while I did expect more, I was ok with that. Unfortunately, i then learned they plan to charge $1095, $895 and $695 for each piece, respectively. Is that an ok price for such little improvement?

In fact, the tuning enthusiasts are quite varied, and you might be surprised to see what comes out of a modified car.

Once they get a family, though, a lot of tuning enthusiasts have to trade in their juiced up coupe for a more spacious, more comfortable ride, just like the F11 BMW 535i Touring. But that doesn’t have to be the end of it, though, as MM Performance, a Polish tuner, proves with their project.

Asked by a family man for more power and a slightly improved look, the guys went to work. For the aesthetics, not much was done except new a set of Vorsteiner VFF-101 wheels and an H&R set of lowering springs. For performance, a plug and play Hartge kit was used, bringing the F11 BMW 535i Touring to 347 Hp and 487 Nm of torque. Meanwhile airflow was improved by adding a K&N sport air filter and an Eisenmann exhaust system.

And to prove me right, here they are with a new power boost, this time for the BMW 535i GT, a car that, in some opinions, is long overdue for a nice Hartge makeover.

In a true Hartge manner, the upgrade is accompanied by one of their bland but revealing videos, which you can watch if you scroll down. As for the kit itself, it brings justice to the aftermarket specialist’s legacy.

In standard form, the BMW 535i GT is capable of delivering 306 Hp and 400 Nm of torque, thanks to its 3.0 liter, 6 cylinder engine. Those numbers translate into an acceleration time to 100 km/h of 6.3 seconds, a time that is not great, but respectable for a GT.

Still, with the Hartge upgrade, the BMW 535i can improve on those numbers, delivering 362 Hp and 480 Nm of torque, but only if you can afford the €2.000 price tag.

Since the upgrade is basically just a power boost, the video also just deals with the simple numbers.

Normally, an F10 BMW 520d is good for around 184 Hp and 380 Nm of torque, which is not really that bad. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement. And with the Hartge ECU kit, the 520d is taken up to 218 Hp and 450 Nm of torque. This is basically the kind of power developed by the BMW 525d version.

So why not just buy the 525d instead of fiddling with the lower model? The most compelling argument resides in the prices for the option. With the Hartge kit, you’d have to fork out €1.266, while the difference in price between the two models is closer to €4.200.

Such is the case with Hartge, that was prepping Bimmers for as long as I remember.

One very awesome oldie is the E28 BMW 535i owned by Christopher Björåsen, who has not only kept that baby running smoothly up to this point, but also equipped it with some improvements. His car has seen quite a lot of additions over the years, mostly from Hartge.

Besides the power upgrade, the vehicle was also prepped to turn heads. Everything from the custom wheels, E28 M5 spoiler up to the Hartge dashboard and leather upholstery, this vehicle was made to sooth the desires of the owner, and the result doesn’t disappoint. Not many would resist the temptation of buying a brand new BMW and stick to their first love, but Christopher Björåsen did, and thanks to him, we can now enjoy this beauty.

Spotted in the city of Diksmuide in Belgium by Autogespot.com, this BMW B5 Touring is a good example of Alpina’s work.

Draped in red paint and sporting the cosmetic touches of the German tuner company, the BMW B5 is based on the E60 BMW 550i. Alpina tinkered a bit with the N62 4.4 liter V8 engine, squeezing more horses out of it. The BMW B5 Touring develops 500 Hp and 700 Nm of torque, up from 367 Hp and 490 Nm. That is an impressive increase, once again proving that the guys from Alpina know what they’re doing.

The cosmetic changes are pleasant to the eye, and considering that this version is pushing 7 years now, we have to congratulate the owner on keeping this particular unit in top shape. It shows he knows the value of the BMW B5 Touring.

It’s not that often that you see a BMW reworked by Alpina, so every time you get the chance, take a minute and soak the view in, even if it’s an older project like this one.

The tuning was especially done inside these beautiful BMW models, but not only. At the outside a white matte foil was applied along with some new beautiful rims. Vilner added new spoilers to the rear hoods, and the rear lights were also given a make-up.

You know that the cars without any tuning on them are looking like stunning, but what to say when you see that they were improved? They received a gorgeus look now.

Let’s firstly talk about the tuning for the F10 BMW 5 Series. The interior comes with a black and white theme with red accents.

The Board is white leather made, door fronts and seats are black alcantara made with inserts of red to the seatbelts, seats and the armrest between the front seats.

Regarding the tuning for F12 BMW 6 Series, the latest generation of the Bavarian coupe boasts a more classic combination of only two colors, combining black and white leather inserts on the dashboard, the door panels and seats with alcantara accents of black color fully present in the ceiling, or only partially in the three-spoke steering wheel design and sport front seats.
