The head-to-head video below is not an ordinary one, as it refers to the participation of two interesting vehicles: the BMW 7-Series in the M760Li guise against the new Ducati Panigale V4. At a first glimpse, it may not be a fair race, but who knows what could happen in a straight line race? We`ll find out!

Even if the odds may not favour the BMW saloon, which puts emphasis particularly on high-class luxury and not on speed, its performance is quite impressive and makes it quite a candidate for such a race.

The BMW M670Li in question uses a V12 twin-turbo engine with no less than 610 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. The whole power is sent to all wheels via an xDrive all-wheel drive system.

The top is electronically-limited at 250 km/h, managing a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a staggering 3.9 seconds, and that despite its massive size.

On the other hand, the Ducati Panigale V4 is an extremely light built, weighing twelve times less than the BMW M760Li. It also outputs 211 horsepower and 124 Nm of torque, significantly less than BMW`s staggering power and torque.

However, the Ducati Panigale V4 comes with some slight advantages, which might eventually lead to faster acceleration: it is small and extremely lightweight and uses advanced electronics with launch control system, enabling thus a fast sprint from standstill.

The video below presents another drag race between two modified cars: one is the notorious BMW M4, an extremely fast sports coupe, and the gorgeous Audi RS6 Avant, that perfect family car that everybody wants.

There are plenty of particularities that set both cars apart. The BMW M4 Coupe is specifically built for the track use, coming with advanced mechanical characteristics and aerodynamics, while the RS6 Avant was built for young families with plenty of kids. However, the latter one comes with plenty of power and performance figure in stock mode.

To start with the BMW M4, the model comes with a 3.0-liter inline six TwinPower Turbo engine, with 431 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque, equipped as well with DCT and Launch Control, and allowing a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds. However, this particular model has been customized to deliver 490 horsepower.

On the other hand, the Audi RS6 Avant packs 560 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque, with a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in an amazing 3.7 seconds, and that despite its massive weight of 1,935 kg. In this case, our RS6 Avant packs no less than 750 horsepower.

To conclude with, we have two heavily modified cars, a coupe going against a wagon model, with the first one coming with rear-wheel drive system and the latter one packing monstrous stock power, despite its massive weight. We also have a DCT gearbox and Launch Control against a seven-speed automatic.

Even if in normal conditions a Huracan would shatter an M5, in this case, the latter one has received some help from Evolve Automotives in order to cope with the almighty Italian supercar.

This means that the “Great White” M5 as it was nicknamed, is now coming with a staggering power, thanks to the new Stage 1 ECU tune, meaning power between 560 horses and 710 horses. And that for an F10 BMW M5 is extremely impressive.

This allows the car`s 4.4-liter twin-power V8 engine sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 4.0 seconds.
On the other hand, the Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 is equipped with the stock 5.2-liter naturally-aspirated V10 engine, with 602 horsepower, allowing an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in a mind-blowing 2.8 seconds, at a top speed of 200 mph.

Before jumping into conclusion we should take into account several things, like the fact that the M2 Coupe is a much lighter car than the Audi A8L, the latter one compensating somehow with a massive engine. However, this might be a disadvantage in front of the agile M2. But in order to decide which one could win the drag race below, let`s take a look at each one.

The all-new 2016 BMW M2 Coupe comes with body style adorned with M Performance Parts which makes it extremely aerodynamic and improves its driving capabilities. Under the hood, the engine comprises a 3.0-liter M TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder, with 370 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque, enough to allow a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds. The power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed DCT gearbox.

On the other hand, the Audi A8L is much bigger and heavier, to that contributing the massive 6.0-liter W12 engine as well. In terms of performance, the Audi is much more superior than the M2 Coupe, churning out 450 horsepower and 580 Nm of torque. Even so, it is much slower, managing the same 100 km/h sprint in 5.1 seconds.

It is not every day we get to see such a demonstrative force of power between two uneven models. I mean, we are looking here at a stock Porsche 911, which has the clear advance of being a Turbo S version, versus a modified E63 M6.

And in order to see which one has the clear advantage and the proper muscles to win the drag race, you should first take a closer look at what each one has to offer, even if, as aforementioned, there isn’t a proper balance between the two of them.

The Porsche 911 Turbo S in its present generation is amongst the top notch in terms of performance, especially since it comes with a turbocharged engine, in this case a 3.8-liter mill, with 560 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque on board. This allows a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a mind-blowing 3.1 seconds.

On the other hand, we also have a heavily modified E63 BMW M6, which turns the balance to its favor for the moment. This one seen here comes with an ECU remapping and a custom exhaust, both extra-boosting the model to a pure 550 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque, all squeezed from the same 5.0-liter V10. Less than the Porsche, but still ready to tackle its force. Place your bets and get ready to rumble!
