Great news from the aftermarket specialist, AC Schnitzer. It seems that they have put up for sale a very special BMW 3 Series.
This project is a bit on the weird side, even for a tuner, but even if it is a bit outside of the norm, it’s definitely a quality product.
Called the GP 3.10, this BMW 3 Series has seen quite a lot of modifying from the tuner. The most important is the fact that right now, the vehicle is housing beneath the hood a V10 engine taken off an E60 BMW M5. The twist is the fact that the car runs on LPG. Even in these conditions, power was upped to 552 Hp and 540 Nm of torque, all of which will be transferred to the wheels via a 7 speed SMG transmission.
AC Schnitzer also installed racing suspensions, new brakes and an aerodynamic body kit including a new hood with air intakes, new front spoiler with air intakes designed to cool the brakes, new side skirts and rear roof wing. For the interior, AC Schnitzer fitted the BMW GP 3.10 with Nappa leather, aluminium trims and custom mats.
The asking price for this one-off piece is €55.000, and if you are the lucky guy to manage to grab it, you can pick it up at AC Schnitzer’s headquarters in Germany.
