It is quite a pitty that the AC Schnitzer tuner has not been present at the 2016 SEMA Show taking place in Lase Vegas, as it would have definetely had an impressive BMW portfolio to show to its audience. And the below M3 wearing the tuner`s special exhaust system would have been a real blast at the show.
Even so, the technicians from the German based tuner are still working their skills on different BMW models, and the M3 seen in the video below, is a real proof that their dedication really pays off.
The BMW M3 is showcased at a cars and coffee event in Dusseldorf wearing the tuner`s special ACS3 exhaust system, which makes the car`s engine growl extremely aggressive. In fact, it also makes it more powerful, the model being now ready to take on its competitor, which is no other than the Mercedes C63 AMG, which is also fitted with massive power.
The car`s exhaust system is also highlighted by a slight aero package at the exterior, the M3 receiving some carbon fiber components at tehe front and rear bumpers, side sills and a few more. The overall new look is complemented with the new alloy wheels, which make it more aggressive.
The car`s main highlight remains however the tuner`s sport exhaust system which reaches an impressive 100 decibels, as you can find out in the video below. Also, the power has been also adjusted: the 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder engine now packing a good 510 horsepower. This allows a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a smashing 4.0 seconds, while it reaches 180 km/h in 6.0 seconds as well.
