Ever since its unveiling on the market around a year ago, the BMW M2 Coupe has become the company`s new ”kid on the block” , the model popping-up in hundreds of reviews, test drives, drag races and many tuning project.
One particular tuning company that has become pretty close to the model is the California-based European Auto Source aftermarket shop, which has carried out amazing programs involving the car`s exterior and performance under the hood.
The tuner`s latest project is the below M2 Coupe wrapped in Alpine White, which looks smashing with the new carbon aero kit.
The car`s main highlights refer to the RKP carbon fiber roof panel, rear diffuser, both making the model more lightweight and increasing its driving capabilities.
The model can also be admired with other exterior features, like new set of painted front reflectors, painter rear badge, GruppeM Carbon Fiber Ram Intake – for better air flow – and the Akrapovic exhaust system, which automatically leads to more horsepower and wilder engine growl.
As for the car`s engine under the hood, the aftermarket specialists have left the car intact, meaning that it still packs the stock engine; and that despite Akrapovic exhaust system.
This means that we find the same 3.0-liter M TwinPower Turbo inline flat-six engine, with 370 horsepower and 465 Nm of torque. This is enough to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds with a DCT and 4.5 seconds with the manual.
