We are dealing here with three power kits which significantly raises the M6`s power from the stock 575 horsepower and 680 Nm of torque.

The first two power kits provide the model up to 700 horsepower and are perfectly legal in Germany. However, the stage 3 power kit comes with some optimizations that are illegal in Germany, but can be used in the United States.

This power kit raises the car`s power to an impressive 766 horsepower and 882 Nm of torque, involving an ECU remapping and an engine software customization.

Other important goodies added to the M6 Convertible refer to the installation of exhaust downpipes with free-flow sport metal catalytic converters, sports exhaust systems, coil-over suspension kit, mufflers, as well as track-suited alloy wheels and rubbers which add more grip and greater stance.

As you already know and always true, “two are better than one” and this exquisite BMW M6 is the perfect example. It looks extremely aggressive with the new body parts.

We are dealing here with carbon fiber front spoiler lip, new side skirts and rear bumper, front and rear fenders extensions, custom diffuser, wide rear wing, side mirror caps finished in black, all complemented by the 21-inch Anniversary Evo rims, finished in the same black.

Under the hood, the BMW M6 in the standard version packs a 4.4-liter TwinTurbo unit, with 560 horsepower or 600 horsepower with the Competition Edition.

With the special power kit installed by Hamann and DS Automobile, this particular M6 is capable of outputting 730 horsepower and 960 Nm of torque. The model is also set to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 4.0 seconds, which is quite impressive indeed.

And the latest tuning project comes from North Carolina, where the DRM Motorworx tuning division has carried out some interesting body mods as well as some power upgrades under the hood, the entire work being carried out with the help of other different tuning divisions.

From instance, the entire lemon body wrapping was done by Wrap-Tastic, the model receiving some carbon fiber components at the body as well, like the carbon fiber roof or aero parts.

The entire body work is complemented by the 22-inch Maglia wheels, borrowed from Forgiato, which give it a special look and feel.

A special treatment was also carried out under the hood, where this lemon BMW M6 has received a power kit from the ECU Tuning Group, but unfortunately, the tuner has not released any info on that matter. However, we might guess that the power upgrade would be enough to reach more than whopping 320 km/h.

The entire aggressiveness is also given by some mods carried out at the body, meaning the adding of the GTS-V front splitter, Vorsteiner side skirts, rear diffuser as well as rear decklid spoiler. And now we have a one-off BMW M6 by Vorsteiner.

Under the hood, there were no mods carried out, at least from what we know at this point, this BMW M6 coming with the stock 4.4-liter V8 unit, with 560 horsepower.

Thus, BMW M6 is worthy of the best performance figures, managing to reach 100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds, at a topping of 250 km/h. However, fitted with the M Driver`s Package on the car and you will have 300 km/h to brag about.

The M Performance DCT shifting knob makes an appearance on this model as well as the almost inevitable carbon fiber mirror caps completed by the one and only kidney grills. Everything is wrapped up with a nice set of front reflectors and side markers, both installed by IND. The car seems to embrace every modification integrating them in the overall car design constructing and perfecting what BMW has already given quite the finishing edge.

The M6 Gran Coupe has been upgraded with a considerable number of carbon fiber parts including a rear diffuser, side skirts, spoiler and front and rear lips culminating with an incredibly light but capable set of rims from Vorsteiner, dubbed the VSE-003.

The Bimmerfest 2013 was the showcase event where the Alpine White BMW M6 made its debut. Thanks to this event both the interior and exterior are equally explorable and as such give a finer if not perfect perspective upon the car’s overall cohesiveness in terms of materials used and upgrades to original parts ratio.

In the end BMW seems to have done quite well in this partnership with Vorsteiner completeing each and every flaw, if we may call them that, giving birth to something beyond unimaginable.

As the name name suggests, this is a build inspired by the Star Wars franchise, and while tributes to the movie are found in a lot of cars, this one is special.

I call it special for a couple of reasons: first off, Vilner doesn’t really do body modifications, as they are mostly know for interior design. Secondly, few other tribute cars manage to look as good as the Stormtrooper BMW. So what exactly did Vilner do to the car?

From the front, the car looks completely different, with a lot of styling borrowed from one of Vilner’s previous project, the Bullshark. These alteration include restyled kidney grilles and bumper, along with new headlights and hood. The interior didn’t escape alteration either, with Vilner fitting Nappa leather and alcantara all over.

I would say this is a normal progression considering the diminishing resources and the overall eco movement.

As far as performance is concerned, the result after downsizing is usually quite good, in most cases managing to get more power from the newer engines or at the very least match the level of the outgoing engines. But if there is one thing that is definitely lost, is the feel of the engine and the sound it produces.

This has already caused quite the stir among the more fanatic fans of BMW, albeit not quite a fierce one as the front-wheeled Bimmer, but still, there are those that feel the car maker has done wrong by the community. After all, the sound of the naturally aspired 5.0 liter V10 is quite unmistakable.

What these infuriated fans seem to forget is that the sound can be easily fixed with a nice application of a new exhaust system. For this job, there are plenty of aftermarket specialist happy to oblige, just like the next F13 BMW M6, which got a nice Castro GT race exhaust. Enjoy the sound.

As was expected, BMW didn’t fail to deliver, with their BMW ZZZ Series or the Mini Cooper T, but the aftermarket specialists also engaged in some fooling around.

Here to prove my point is this great wrap job done on a BMW M6 Convertible which looks absolutely awesome.

This wrap was done by the guys from Fostla.de, and it is premium craftsmanship besides the great taste with which it was executed. And this is not the same foil used ages ago. Fostla.de uses high grade material, capable of withstanding scratches and thrown rock chips or pebbles.

More and more, the wraps are gaining momentum, becoming a favorite choice when it comes to color change. It is cheaper and easier to apply than paint and should you change your mind, simply peel it off and replace it. The BMW M6 sporting this fine wrap also has some other upgrades, in the form of custom new wheels, a new Eisenmann exhaust system, H&R lowering springs and various other knick knacks.

At the exterior, the BMW M6 Convertible gets a special matte yellow wrap, revised carbon fiber hood, side mirrors and front spoiler lip. New 22-inch alloy wheels are available as well as tinted optical blocks.

Under the hood sits a 5.0-liter V10 engine producing 537 horses and 545 Nm of torque. The extra 30 horsepower and 25 Nm of torque help the model to achieve a 0-100 km/h sprint in 4,3 seconds with a top speed of 300 km/h.

“Not by chance have vehicle wraps still an upward trend. The possibilities for a truly personal customization – as opposed to a conventional paint – are manifold higher,” says the company.

The power boost for the BMW M6 Convertible is priced at €2,190.
