<p>And when it comes to suspensions, few can hold a candle to the parts built by KW. And their latest work targets the xDrive models, more specifically, the F30 3 Series Sedan. They have recently revealed their coilover kits, which come in 3 variants.<br />
<span id="more-3702"></span><br />
The Variant 1 suspension is the basic one, and will provide a factory set damping. Moving up to the Variant 2, you get to adjust the rebound damping with 16 clicks. </p>
<p>Variant 3 KW suspension for the F30 BMW 3 Series is the top of the line, and it provides performance fitting for the place. It will bring any buyer more options for customization, and KW says it&#8217;s basically &#8220;racing technology for the street&#8221;.</p>
<p>But no matter which of the three Variants you go for, all of them will provide a boon over track stability of the car and steering precision, with each variant bringing in other benefits as well. With the F30 set for now, KW also promises that come mid September, the BMW 3 Series xDrive station wagon will also get a set of new suspensions. </p>

<p>The E9x series has had its share of mods and tweaks but it&#8217;s usually the E90 sedan or the E92 coupe that got the glory and attention.</p>
<figure id="attachment_1807" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-1807" style="width: 520px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="http://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-1.jpg" rel="lightbox-0"><img decoding="async" src="http://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-1.jpg" alt="K3 Projekt Wheels E93 BMW M3" width="520" height="325" class="size-full wp-image-1807" srcset="https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-1.jpg 1200w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-1-300x188.jpg 300w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-1-768x480.jpg 768w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-1-1024x640.jpg 1024w" sizes="(max-width: 520px) 100vw, 520px" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-1807" class="wp-caption-text">K3 Projekt Wheels E93 BMW M3</figcaption></figure>
<p>On this occasion it&#8217;s the E93 version that grabs center stage, meaning we&#8217;re looking at the convertible version of the glorious M3.<br />
<span id="more-1805"></span><br />
K3 Projekt Wheels is the tuning company which came up with this one and, perhaps predictably, they&#8217;ve tweaked just about everything around a single item.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, it is not the engine. It&#8217;s actually the new 20 inch wheel set of light alloys the M3 gets all around.</p>
<figure id="attachment_1808" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-1808" style="width: 520px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="http://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-2.jpg" rel="lightbox-1"><img decoding="async" src="http://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-2.jpg" alt="K3 Projekt Wheels E93 BMW M3" width="520" height="325" class="size-full wp-image-1808" srcset="https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-2.jpg 1200w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-2-300x188.jpg 300w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-2-768x480.jpg 768w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-2-1024x640.jpg 1024w" sizes="(max-width: 520px) 100vw, 520px" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-1808" class="wp-caption-text">K3 Projekt Wheels E93 BMW M3</figcaption></figure>
<p>Variations do occur between the frond the rear as the exact dimensions come in at 20×9 front and 20×11 rear with tires similarly proportioned.</p>
<p>Tires wrapped around these wheels come from an unnamed manufacturer which probably specializes in bikninis since they&#8217;re so small and interesting.</p>
<p>The actual setup calls for 245/30/20 at the front and 285/25/20 at the rear. Wheels and tires aside, making the car look even better with these modifications is a new suspension setup.</p>
<figure id="attachment_1809" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-1809" style="width: 520px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="http://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-3.jpg" rel="lightbox-2"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="http://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-3.jpg" alt="K3 Projekt Wheels E93 BMW M3" width="520" height="325" class="size-full wp-image-1809" srcset="https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-3.jpg 1200w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-3-300x188.jpg 300w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-3-768x480.jpg 768w, https://www.bmwcartuning.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/K3-Projekt-Wheels-E93-BMW-M3-3-1024x640.jpg 1024w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 520px) 100vw, 520px" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-1809" class="wp-caption-text">K3 Projekt Wheels E93 BMW M3</figcaption></figure>
<p>A KW coilover package was employed in order to lower the car and make it look as sporty as possible but that didn&#8217;t really cut it.</p>
<p>It was only after the bumper kit went on that K3 Projekt Wheels got the desired effect. Again, nothing confirmed on who made the bumpers.</p>
