Last time we talked about the BMW Gran Lusso Coupe built in collaboration with Pininfarina, all we had on it was a vague teaser photo, detailing the general outlines of the Vehicle.
Now we can admire the German car in its full Italian elegance, after the official unveiling.
Being this year’s BMW representative for the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, the Gran Lusso Coupe is a worthy successor to the 2012 Zagato Coupe. BMW has always made good looking cars, but they also seems too calculated, in typical German style.
On the other hand, the Italians have built their cars with spirit more than anything else. Like reliability. So, if you were to cross the high quality manufacturing of BMW with the great design of Pininfarina, what would you get?
We already know what: a jewel like the BMW Gran Lusso Coupe. While still retaining the basic design of the BMW 6 Series Coupe, Pininfarina worked wonders with both interior and exterior, adding that special touch of elegance they have accustomed us to.
