The California-based tuner European Auto Source are one of the best when it comes to BMW customizations, and we have seen hundreds of models receiving exquisite aero packages and a handful of power upgrades under the hood.
The tuner`s latest project concerns the below BMW 435i Gran Coupe, the model receiving new M Performance brakes with Brembo components, which increase the car`s performance and handling characteristics, at high-speeds or in tight corners.
The M Performance Brake system is pretty different from the rest of the M-Sport systems, meaning that it comes with cross-drilled brake rotors, which allows for better braking.
The brake system comes with some impressive characteristics and features, such as – front axle 2-piston aluminum fixed calipers on the rear axle or lightweight sport brake discs with riveted aluminum hat in 345 x 24 mm on the rear axle (Optional Upgrade). The system is also available in M Performance Red, Yellow and Orange, with M logo and is at least 1-inch larger than the standard braking system.
Besides the new M Performance Brake system, this model has also been fitted with the high-performance H&R Lowering Springs, which also helps the car to achieve better cornering efficiency and increase stance.
Even if the BMW 435i Gran Coupe isn`t that powerful like the M4 brother, it does impress with a 2.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo, with 300 horsepower. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is only done in 5.0 seconds, at a top speed of 250 km/h. Despite the kinda slower sprint, the car`s engine features a twin-scroll turbocharger with variable vavle control (Double-VANOS and Valvetronic) and high-precision direct injection.
