The BMW M3 and M4 are still packing the same high-performance 3.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo unit, capable of producing 425 horsepower, and sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. So no mods have been carried out on the powertrain department.

The BMW M3 and M4 are now looking much better and coming with a greater stance, thanks to the Aero Kit program carried out by the RevoZport tuning division, the program also consisting of some cool M Performance Parts.

At the front, we are dealing with the M Performance add-on front lip, air ducts, brake mounting brackets as well as the add-on cooling duct, while the rear has received the carbon fiber rear spoiler, decklid spoiler as well as new and wider wheels. I can understand that, as the 3 Series has pretty much all it needs to attract tuners: a decent price, good performance and looks that are not that bad on the eyes.

Some might argue that the BMW 1M also has all those qualities, but still a tuned version is quite rare. This is mostly due to the relatively small numbers in which it was produced. That’s exactly why, when you look at this particular E82 BMW 1M, you have to admire it.

It was dressed in Revozport panels all around, which, coupled with uncommon paintjob and the new set of wheels, really makes the vehicle stand out in a crowd. As for performance enhancements, we don’t really know if it has any. Maybe a reworked ECU for a little extra oomph?

Dubbed the Raze, said 1M was an amazing aftermarket build, with great emphasis on the exhaust sound.

In a recent press release, the tinkers of Revozport announced the new Raze GT, a step up from the previous version, as the GT name tends to suggest. While full specs and video/audio or even decent photos have yet to be revealed, we did get a preview photo, just enough to satisfy us until it is completed.

The new Raze GT will be 30 mm wider, will sport a huge rear wing and a new diffuser. there is also great news for the E82 BMW 1M owners, as they will be able to use the new Raze GT kit as well, if they have managed to abstain from purchasing the first one. We will be eagerly awaiting some footage of what we hope to be a kit just as mad sounding as the last.

A very special BMW from them was recently filmed unleashing the ponies beneath the hood. And they called it Raze.

Performance-wise, they fitted the E82 BMW 1 M with a new ECU, an intercooler, BOV charge pipes and a new exhaust system courtesy of the guys from Akrapovic. And while we didn’t get to see the full brunt of the E82 BMW 1M on the video, we do get a taste of Akrapovic sound quality.

To be completely fair, not much else can be gathered from the video, except maybe the aesthetic improvements, like the new hood or front splitter. It might not be the most extreme E82 BMW 1M out there, and the RevoZport doesn’t add too much value to it, either, but it does what any tuning project should: it turn heads, without immediately followed by laughter, like some other vehicles.

We’re thankfull they went the extra mile since the new car they’re unveiling is based around one of the hottest and our favorite vehicle out there, the F10 BMW M5.

They’ve created an aerodynamic kit which is said to offer comprehensive improvements while still retaining a rather sedate and discrete presence the BMW brand has been associated with.

To this end we see the RevoZport package continue where the OEM body kit left off. Six new pieces have been added and they all have a few things in common.

They’re all relatively small, contributing to the non-obvious factor. They’re also made from the same material, which is carbon fiber.

This means they weigh next to nothing, so don’t distract from the crucial distrubtion of masses the F10 BMW M5 enjoys. It also makes them a tad immature but, again, diminutive sizes help.

There is something not really flattering about the RevoZport F10 BMW M5 RZ. As an aerodynamic body kit with a six piece construction, some of these aren’t the most relevant ones out there.

I would easily accept the following as part of the set: front splitter, adjustable rear diffuser, trunk lip spoiler and mirror covers.

As far as the carbon front grill and the carbon fender grills, I’m not very convinced about their potential aero gains.

It’s the RevoZport 1M Raze P450 package for the very rare coupe you got yourself. The car was originally unveiled at the 2011 SEMA show and it’s still one of the rare deals on the car.

Only a few thousands of the BMW 1 Series M Coupe were ever sold but allegedly less than 50 of them have gotten this makeover so far.

The point of the 1M Raze P450 is to sharpen everything up. It aims to improve the power-to-weight ratio of the original car and it gets the aerodynamic efficiency.

Both these ideas are to come through the same changes, namely the replacement of the original panels with carbon fiber. That makes everything quicker, lighter and generally better.

On top of that, RevoZport managed to tweak the 1 Series M Coupe’s engine up to a total of 450 horsepower. Couple that with a 130 lbs loss of weight and sprightly is the first word that comes to mind.

These are the headlines but RevoZport manages to do a lot about how the detailed bits of the car are actually considerably upgraded to racing spec.

Everything from the titanium exhaust tips to the brake fluid in the 1 Series M Coupe was replaced with high end stuff.

With all these changes, the high end motorsport clues of the RevoZport 1M Raze P450 tuning package makes for a rather pricey option.
