It seems that tuning projects for the BMW i8 are slowly trickling in, with the latest being this iTron aesthetic build.

While the naming is fairly obvious, I can’t really make a connection between the tune and the usual Tron stuff.

That being said, what the guys from GSC (German Special Customs) did a great job in at least envisioning a nice kit for the BMW i8 exterior. This kit includes a new front and rear bumper, restyled hood, new set of wheels and even reworked door sills. At the back there are also new tailpipes.

All in all, this looks quite good, but for now this is just a project, with the aftermarket specialist yet to get to work on a BMW i8. And should they actually pull it off, I’d be interested on how exactly they do it, as the BMW i8 is not you everyday car.
