While a lot of work might have been put into this particular build, the result is simply unconvincing.

On special occasion like this one here, the BMW M4 CS was seen in some pretty interesting yet odd drag races against different types of sports cars, way too faster and powerful.

A recent review put the BMW M4 CS alongside the new Porsche 911 GTS, the whole act being showcased in the video below.

In fact, from where I stand, there is no way that the BMW M4 CS might get near the new 911 GTS, despite the fact that it is more expensive than the latter. However, some people might considered the price well-justified, given the car`s success on the market and impressive performance figures.

If we were to watch the video comparison below released by Head2Head, with Johnny Lieberman and Jethro Bovingdon from Motor Trend taking both models out for a spin on the Autobahn and at the Nurburgring, and fully-tested their outmost driving and power capabilities, we would surely give all the credits to the Porsche 911 GTS.

In order to make a clue about which would be our winner, we should make a comparison of both car`s performance and torque figures.

Starting with the BMW M4 CS, the model features the well-known 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline six-cylinder engine, now capable of 454 horsepower and impressive 600 Nm of torque. That makes it 29 horsepower and 50 Nm of torque more than the standard M4 and 10 horsepower and 50 Nm of torque more than the M4 Competition Package as well. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is also 0.3 seconds quicker than the Competition Package, meaning 3.9 seconds.

On the other hand, the new Porsche 911 GTS comes with a new engine compared to last year`s model. The company has ditched the 3.8-liter six-cylinder naturally-aspirated engine in favour of a 3.0-liter straight-six pot, developing 450 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque. This particular ride takes just 3.6 seconds to reach 100 km/h.

In the engine department, the BMW M4 packs the same 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder engine, with 431 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque on board. The power allows a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds with a standard six-speed manual; when fitted with the seven-speed M-DCT, the model needs just 4.1 seconds to reach 100 km/h. The top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.

What makes this model quite eye-catchy is the GTS bonnet, front spoiler, M Performance wing or the Armytrix exhaust system, which increases the engine`s soundtrack and normally provides an extra power boost. Unfortunately here, this is not the case.

Besides the add-ons at the exterior, this Ferrari F82 BMW M4 has also received some goodies inside the cabin, like the same Ferrari Red trim on the door panels and dashboard, center console fully wrapped in carbon fiber, M Performance steering wheel, as well as Alcantara on the sport seats.

And if yoe are amongst one of the 800 BMW purists to own such a car, then it would be a pity not to have it wrapped with a nice colour and a few add-ons at the exterior. Not because the car wouldn’t look gorgeous in the stock form.

The project below has been put together by TAG Motorsports tuner, meaning new wheels and a couple of styling components. We are dealing here with a new set of HRE 19- and 20-inch front and rear wheels, with brushed copper inserts and silver spokes.

The wheels look smashing with the new rear diffuser with orange accents and the massive rear wing. The model can be also adorned with new front and rear bumpers, depending on the customer`s wishes.

As for the performance figures, the BMW M4 GTS uses an upgraded 3.0-liter S55 engine with water injection, to allow 500 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. With 280 km/h on board or higher 305 km/h with the M Driver`s Package, the sports car reaches 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds.

Another outstanding make-over coming from the tuning world involves the fitting of the below F82 BMW M4 with a complete aero package from AUTOCouture Motoring tuning company. The end result is what you get in the media gallery.

The exterior is highlighted by the M Performance front aero spoiler along with plenty of other carbon fiber add-ons, which perfectly complement the exterior`s Grigio Medio finish. Other features also include the RW Carbon skirts with CRT stripe, MSR air intake with the MSR charge pipes finished in the same Grigio Medio, and Vorsteiner GTS diffused.

The exterior bits are completed with the OneEighty BYC headlights which resemble those of the BMW M4 LCI headlight design, adding other M Performance Parts in the cabin as well – BMW M Performance DCT shift knob, M Performance E-Brake handle or M Performance DT base plate.

The overall design is complemented with the new set of wheels from HRE. We are looking here at the HRE R101 wheels, measuring 20 x 8.5 and 20 x 10.5 front and rear, respectively, finished in Satin Black. The car`s aggressive look is also enhanced by the KW Suspension Height Adjustable Sleeve-Over Kit, as well as the Bremboy GT Big Brake Kit rotors painted in Grigio Medio. The same happened to California-based European Auto Source which has recently commissioned the special wheels from German tuner Vorsteiner, and fitted them on the exquisite F82 BMW M4, seen below wearing the one-off Austin Yellow body wrap.

These kind of wheels always provide exquisite models like the BMW M3 or BMW M4 with increase aggressiveness and meaner look.

As already known, Vorsteiner created a special wheel lineup called Flow Forged, with all sort of sizes for different BMW models. The car below is wearing the V-FF 107 Flow Forged wheels, measuring 20 x 8.5 and 20 x 10.5 front and rear, respectively, finished in Carbon Graphite.

As for the car`s power under the hood, there seem to be no modifications added so far. This means that this hot-looking F82 M4 still packs the stock yet high-performance 3.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo flat-six, also seen on its little sibling the M3 Sedan. The engine outputs 431 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque, sending the power to the rear via a six-speed manual. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is also done in 4.1 seconds, but when hooked with the seven-speed M-DCT transmission, the model runs the same sprint in just 3.9 seconds. The topping is electronically limited at 250 km/h.
