Daehler, a garage based in Bern, Switzerland took it to itself to tune the BMW M235i and bring it to a whooping 390HP thus transforming the vehicle in one of the fastest of its kind. What exactly does this modest at first sight BMW M235i have that its stock counterpart does not?
The guys at Daehler started their tuning plan by adding adjustable suspension to their build as well as spacers in order to increase the BMW M235i’s down force and overall aerodynamic structure.
Aside from the performance gain the car’s overall look is sleeker and more compact. Daehler has also installed a stainless steel sport exhaust system which contributes quite heavily to the performance increase.
Other upgrades include high performance ventilated brakes, intelligent dynamic analysis system integrated within the car’s computer so as to check each and every aspect of the BMW M235i and its performance on the road. The removal of the electronic limiter has also helped the car touch its limits, now reaching a maximum speed of 288km/h. The BMW M235i does 0 to 100 in a mere 4.2 seconds.
The vehicle in its stock form makes a statement, so imagine what that statement turns into when you have a 390HP variant of the same BMW M235i. The car is stunning both visually and performance wise, even more so considering the fact that not that many changes have been made.
