The famous Manhart German based tuning division has been working on this one-off BMW i8 for quite some time and now, the model was seen in Netherlands while sitting quietly in a parking lot.
Everything you see on this BMW i8 is entirely signed by Manhart, the two-tone orange and black paintjobs beautifully complementing the more aggressive body style kit and new set of blacked-out Manhart wheels.
The new and more aggressive body style is standing out from the crowd with the gloss black kidney grille and the smoked lights, which makes it look even more outstanding and one-of-a-kind. Under the hood, Manhart has not announced any performance figures.
This means that we are inclined to believe that the same hybrid configuration is found. We are dealing here with an I3 15-liter range extender, with 228 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, backed by an electric motor, which adds up 131 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque, the overall power reaching an impressive 357 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque.
