This wouldn’t be the first encounter between the one-off BMW i8 and Vorsteiner tuner. We have seen hundreds of models receiving their special rides, but few times we have met the i8 with a complete aero kit.

Vorsteiner is constantly improving their special tuning projects, offering carbon fiber body kits as well, and one of the most outstanding is the one seen here on this standout BMW i8.

The BMW i8 looks smashing with the carbon aero kit, which is no ordinary, the plug-in hybrid wrapping custom front spoiler and aero rear diffuser, and other parts on the side.

The tuner claims that its kit consists of Autoclaved Pre-Impregnated Carbon Fiber, way too much advanced than the standard carbon. This makes the BMW i8 stronger, more durable and enhances a rigid body structure. Also, it provides the model with a better stance.

But Vorsteiner have not forgotten their lightweight VFE-301 forged wheels, which look amazing on the BMW i8, making it one of the gorgeous models I have ever seen on the market today.

Under the hood, the BMW i8 packs the same plug-in hybrid powertrain, meaning a conventional I3 1.5-liter turbo engine with 228 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, backed by an electric motor with an additional 131 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque.
